Synopsis:
Season 1 :
With the help of their new robotic weapons the Knightmare Frames, the Empire of Brittania successfully conquered Japan in less than a month. From then on, Japan is know as Area 11 and its citizens are referred to as Elevens. The Japanese struggle to fight for their independence amid the conspiracies and lies within the Empire, Lelouch, a young Britannian who was living in Japan at that time, vowed to destroy Britannia. Now a high school student, Lelouch unwittingly becomes involved with the “terrorists in Area 11 and is given the power that allows him to fulfil the promise he made years ago.

Season 2 :
It’s been one year since the failure of the black Rebelion and the supposed death of Zero. Britannia has assigned Area 11 a “correctional education” status, where Elevens are made an example of buy brute force, to try to prevent any future uprisings and suppress rebellious thoughts. Unsuspecting high school student Lelouch, oblivious to his rebellious past as Zero, stumbles upon a scheme on his life and the life of a mysterious woman known as C.C., who reveals to him forgotten purpose and his “true” self. Destroying his assailants and declaring himself Zero once again, Lelouch sets out to finish what he started.
